Cru Brew is a collaborative beer made between good friends, us, Craft & Cru and Hargreaves Hill. ‘Cru’ an ode to our provenance near the beautiful Yarra Valley wine region, yet also a reflection of the quality ingredients and skilled hands we wanted to celebrate in creating this beer. Cru Brew is a Pale Ale that screams drinkability, packed with Galaxy, Eclipse, Cascade and Amarillo hops, the beer shows subtle stone fruit, citrus and floral notes built around a slight bitterness on the finish to keep you coming back.
