Craft & Cru supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. License number: 32008347

Ordering

• All online orders must only be placed by those 18 years or older in accordance to Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
• When placing an order online with us, you are to confirm that all the details that you have provided us in completing your purchase to fulfil your order are true and correct.
• Any online orders intended as a gift, must confirm that the recipient is 18 years or older in accordance to Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
• All orders (both online or by phone) will be accepted or rejected at the absolute discretion of Craft & Cru.
• Upon ordering you will receive a specific Customer Order number to represent our acceptance of your purchase.
• Given the nature of wine, vintages and prices can be subject to change. Any changes will be specified prior to your order being processed. If you have any questions regarding a specific product please email us at hello@craftandcru.com.au prior to purchasing.
• By ordering one of our ‘packs’ you acknowledge that the product mix will be selected by us for you, whilst considering your preferences made at the time of purchase. If you would like any specific products (including styles and types) to be delivered as a part of your pack please make aware by emailing hello@craftandcru.com.au
• Please note we update the contents of our packs on a monthly basis.

Subscriptions

If you have opted into one our subscription services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in conjunction with our Craft & Cru terms and conditions.

• Your subscription will be automatically charged for each order based on our monthly billing cycle of your chosen subscription. Your subscription will automatically continue unless altered or cancelled, which you can change by emailing us at hello@craftandcru.com.au
• By ordering one of our ‘packs’ you acknowledge that the product mix will be selected by us for you, whilst considering your preferences made at the time of purchase. If you would like any specific products (including styles and types) to be delivered as a part of your subscription please make aware by emailing hello@craftandcru.com.au
• If the payment for your subscription fails on the billing date for any reason (including card failure or incorrect card details), your subscription order will not be dispatched and we will contact you via email to notify you of the payment failure.
• Please note we update the contents of our subscription packs on a monthly basis, you will be receiving different wines in each pack you are sent.
• All subscriptions are sent using standard delivery (5 to 8 business days from purchase date).
• Craft & Cru reserves the right to modify or cancel subscriptions. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the prices of subscription boxes. You will be notified of any changes affecting your subscription.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel your orders, reasons to cancel an order include but are not limited too;

• Availability of the product
• An error in the description or price of the product/s ordered.
• If there is a breach of any terms and conditions.
• If there is a breach to any person’s rights or laws.
• If we are unable to deliver to product/s.
• If we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

*Under any circumstance where we have cancelled an order that you have already paid we will promptly refund you the full purchase price you have already paid. You will be notified by the calculation by us via email or phone.

The following terms are in relation to you (the purchaser) wishing to cancel an order;

• Once an order has been placed and purchased you cannot make any changes.
• If you wish to cancel an order so that you can place another amended order please get in contact with us at hello@craftandcru.com.au

Refunds

• Our Returns Policy is aligned with the Australian Consumer Law.
• If major failure occurs, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless a product fails to comply with Australian Consumer Law and the consumer guarantee provisions.
• If your order is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
• If you believe a product is to be of fault, please get in touch with us at hello@craft@cru.com.au immediately and we will endeavour to rectify any issues.
• If we, Craft & Cru, are at fault for the issue resulting in a refund the delivery fee charged will be reimbursed. In all other circumstances including change of mind the delivery fee will not be reimbursed.
• Please note with the nature of our packs, we will not accept any returns due to personal taste, however we welcome all and any feedback.

Shipping

• All orders will be delivered using reputable postage services with standard shipping (Australia Post/Sendle) there may be an option to choose express shipping for an additional price.
• Orders will be sent via a trackable post whereby you will be notified via email of your tracking information once your parcel has left our premises.
• During extreme heat or other extreme weather conditions we reserve the right not ship your product until we believe we are able to deliver your purchase in the best condition possible. If such circumstances are foreseen we will notify you of a delay in shipping.
• Orders received on weekends & public holidays will be dispatched the next delivery day.
• Initially we will be dispatching orders once a week.
• We offer free standard shipping for orders over $200.00, for orders under this amount, we charge a flat rate $15 shipping fee Victoria wide.

*Please note we are unable to fulfil orders from states other than Victoria at this time.

Delivering

• Upon delivery we require all parcels to be signed for by a person who is 18 years of age and older and has identification as proof of age. We recommend making your delivery address one where there will be someone available to receive your order.
• By nominating your specific delivery address you agree that we/delivery drivers may give any person who is at the specific address the authority to accept the delivery on your behalf.
• A delivery will not be fulfilled if circumstances are considered unsuitable. Including but not limited to, the receiver of the order appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the receiver is under the age of 18 or acting on behalf of a person who we consider unsuitable to receive a delivery. All of these circumstances will result in a report being made as to why the delivery was not fulfilled in accordance with liquor licensing requirements. This will include the use of all data and information associated with the order.
• Upon delivery, delivery drivers may be required to take a picture and ask for the name of receiver of the package to confirm the fulfillment of the order.
• In the case no one is at the specified delivery address to accept the delivery, the delivery driver may leave the order in a safe place unattended at the address. Reason as to why the delivery driver may not leave the order unattended include but are not limited to the following;
  • There has been no instruction from you the recipient, authorising the delivery driver to leave the order in a safe place.
  • No one at the address is eligible to accept the order due to no proof of age.
  • There are minors present in the vicinity of the delivery address that may pose a risk of safety.
  • The location is not deemed safe.
